Results for the First Transabadell Quality week ¿Excellence? Coinciding with the European week of quality, from 7th up to 11th November 2011, our company held the "First Week Transabadell Quality." Various events were held throughout the week. • Campaign to suggestions. During the week we enhanced the contribution of ideas throughout the organization. The delegations of Logroño (improved Transabadell ERP) and Huesca (customer acquisition) have won first and second prizes respectively. • Briefing: To mark the World Day of Quality, Barbera del Valles developed the training day on quality, discussing among other topics, the origins and evolution of quality management and the objective pursued by the system Transabadell quality: to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. • Target Zero Defects.
